Snow in February?
Ok so I am aware that it is still winter - but last week was so nice and sunny that it made having it snow yesterday extra hard.
The kids didn't mind - they will go play in the mud no matter what the weather is.
This is typical Josie - dressed in a picked-it-out-herself girlie outfit with mud smeared on her face and shirt.
Josie: I think I'm in love with you.
Ian: You mean as friends?
Josie: No... I mean for real. 'Cause you're, like, the coolest person I've ever met, and you don't even have to try, you know...
Ian: I try really hard, actually.
Warming up inside with some hot chocolate.
and p.s. my kids love chocolate.

Curious George
The Seattle Children's Museum has a new Curious George exhibit that we went to see on Saturday. It is amazing how good your kids are when you spend a whole day doing what they want to do.
This was James' face pretty much the whole time we were there.
Ian asked if he could go in the water. At least he asked.
James at home wearing sunglasses to hide the bruises on both sides of his nose where he face planted on the wood floor (which did have something to do with his brother but I'm pretty sure it wasn't on purpose).
