Easter

Holidays with these two are pretty much awesome.













It is always fun to celebrate with cousins, too.

The egg hunt

I love having Easter so late in the month because we had a perfect spring day to hunt for eggs.



James was ecstatic every time he opened an egg.






It was even nice enough for some bike riding and backyard soccer.

Yesterday on the swings while I am pushing him -
James: My feet are sticking in a cloud. If I fall off my head will break open. Or my eye will break open. Or my teeth will break off.

Star Wars

Today was the best Wednesday that felt like a Saturday. Curt took the day off so we could go to the Star Wars exhibit at the Science Center - and it was Grant's birthday so the Penrods came, too.

The exhibit was full of lots of fun facts, tons of costumes, models of ships, real lightsabers and robots.


AND it was sunny outside so we got to play for a while.

Brothers

I was taking pictures of the bags for my crafty blog and couldn't resist this sweet little snuggle.

Bunny Ears

They had a breakfast and meet the Easter Bunny thing at the mall yesterday.

Who knew the Easter Bunny dresses like he is from the 1800s? That is weird.

Also weird - they have these things in the mall that blow wind on you.

James has been wearing this hat since I bought it for him last Friday. I'm wondering if I will ever see his hair again.
